DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Hanoi arrival

Welcome to Hanoi, you will be collected by our local guide at Hanoi Airport and transfer to hotel for check-in. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Day trip to Trang An - Bai Dinh (B, L) - Joint in tour

07:45 – 08:30 AM: Picked up at your hotel. From there start your 100km bus trip through the green landscapes. Here is the itinerary for this trip:

10:30 AM: Visit the glimmering Bai Dinh Pagoda complexes, the largest pagoda in Southeast Asia where 500 stone statues of ‘La Han’ (Arhats), 2 bronze bells and 3 bronze statues of Tam The are located.

12:30 PM: Have lunch at a local restaurant.

01:30 PM: Visit Trang An Grottoes, an outstanding natural beauty with majestic limestone massif. Cycle down the rural roads along with the extensive canal network and through small villages.

06:30 PM: Arrive Hanoi

Our driver then picks you up and transfers to your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Hanoi - Lan Ha Bay (B, L, D) by shuttle bus - Joint in tour

09:00 – 09:30 AM: Pick-up at your hotel nearby the Old Quarter in Hanoi by luxury Limousine van

12:00 – 12:30 PM: Embark the cruise at Cat Hai port. Enjoy a welcome drink and cruise briefing.

01:15 – 02:00 PM: A splendid lunch is served while cruising into the primitive Lan Ha Bay.

03:30 – 05:00 PM: On a bamboo boat, visit Bright Cave, a serene round lake surrounded by lush trees and high stone cliffs. Then enjoy swimming in the private emerald water.

05:00 – 06:30 PM: Return to the cruise for afternoon tea on the top deck – a perfect time to take some of your best snapshots of the day when the sun begins to set. Enjoy daily HAPPY HOUR promotion from 17:30 – 18:30. Relax with Massage and Spa treatment, always available upon request

07:00 PM: Delight in the shimmering atmosphere of thousands of stars while eating a fantastic, expertly prepared dinner on floating farm (upon the weather), all while floating in the center of serene Lan Ha Bay. To be impressed by an absorbing fruit and vegetable carving demonstration and a traditional music performance at dinner time.

After dinner is your free time to enjoy the nightlife on the bay, make friends with other guests or try your luck on squid fishing.

Day 4: Tra Bau area - Cat Hai port - Hanoi (B, Bruch) - by shuttle bus - Joint in tour

07:00 – 07:45 AM: Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air and peaceful beauty of the Bay.

07:45 – 09:00 AM: Experience kayaking to discover the lovely Tra Bau area. Visit a fishing farm and socialize with the resident fishermen to know more about life here and how the people work every day.

09:00 – 09:45 AM: Pack your luggage and check out of your cabin while cruising towards the port.

10:00 – 11:30 AM: Join a cooking demonstration before enjoying an extraordinary Buffet lunch

11:45 AM – 12:00 PM: Disembark the cruise & Farewell

02:30 – 03:00 PM: Arrive in Hanoi. Trip ends

Day 5: Hanoi - City tour - Departure (B, L)

Have a local breakfast at your hotel. Afterward, we transfer to Tran Quoc Pagoda – the oldest of its kind in Hanoi, dating back to the 6th century during the reign of Emperor Ly Nam De Dynasty (544 – 548). The Buddhist shrine has undergone several changes throughout the years, particularly its renaming from An Quoc to Tran Quoc (protecting the country) by Emperor Le Huy Tong in the 17th century.

Then we move to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closes on Monday and Friday) and his traditional stilt house.

At 12:00 PM, check out the hotel and you will be taken to a restaurant to enjoy lunch first (Indian food). After that, transfer to the airport for your flight back home. Dinner on your own.
