Upon arrival in My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda and admire the unique mix of Vietnamese, Chinese and Cambodian construction.

Next head into the Mekong itself to explore the intricate small canals in the delta region, which is a great way to observe the way of life in this watery world.

Watch the locals go about their everyday lives and pay a visit to some of the local cottage industries to see how they make their living. Observe how they make coconut candy and crispy rice cakes and maybe even buy a few tasty souvenirs.

Take a short stroll around an orchard and then enjoy wonderful traditional music while tasting some local fresh fruits of the Mekong Delta.

Before lunch, visit a honey bee farm and sample special hot tea with the delicious honey.
