Notes:

• On the Ha Long and Cam Pha routes, ticket prices vary by seat position: 260,000 VND for the first two seats, 300,000 VND for the four middle seats, and 280,000 VND for the last three seats.

• On the Mong Duong and Van Don routes, the ticket price applies to all seats. Seat positions will be arranged by the driver when passengers board the bus.

• In Hanoi, the bus offers door-to-door service in 09 inner districts (Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Tay Ho, Dong Da, Cau Giay, My Dinh, Thanh Xuan, Hoang Mai, Hai Ba Trung).

• In Ha Long, the bus provides door-to-door service at Tuan Chau Gate, Vinpearl Ha Long, Sunworld Ha Long, and Ha Long city center.

• In Cam Pha, the bus offers door-to-door service in Cam Pha city, Cua Ong Temple, and Mong Duong.

• In Van Don, the bus provides door-to-door service at Ao Tien International Port and Cai Rong town center.

• Door-to-door pickup and drop-off locations must be on large, uncongested roads where pickup and drop-off are permitted.

• Door-to-door service may be provided by a limousine or a shuttle bus.

• Pickup and drop-off times may vary depending on location and actual traffic conditions.

• Children under 10 years old or shorter than 1.35 meters are not allowed to sit in the same row as the driver (as per traffic safety regulations).
